Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Galvanizing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely production process using Lean Management methods.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement quality management requirements and comply with legal regulations regarding occupational safety and environmental protection
* Work with the quality assurance team to analyze errors and develop strategies for future error prevention
* Support process optimization and contribute ideas for improvement
* Develop proposals for the introduction of new production technologies and the automation of existing production facilities
* Stay informed about new trends in galvanizing technology and the storage of hazardous substances
* Manage inventory in the galvanizing department

Requirements

* Completed vocational training as a surface coater / galvanizer and additional qualification as a galvanizing master / galvanic technician or a degree in electro
