Compensation for Field Service Mining Technician:
$30.56-$49.51 per hour**Potential for an additional $2.00 Field Differential

Responsibilities of a Field Service Mining Technician
The role will encompass, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced mining equipment and systems, including 450-ton shovels, 100-ton and 250-ton mechanical drive haul trucks, drills, dozers, and motor graders.
For instance:
- Hydraulics, electrical systems, power trains, etc.
- Opportunities for overtime as workload necessitates (anything over 8 hours a day is compensated at 1.5x your hourly rate)
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning and training to remain current with industry standards and product updates
- Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
- Opportunities to travel to various locations

Qualifications for a Field Service Mining Technician
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Proficient in computer technology
- Strong organizational skills
- Preferred ability to meet and maintain insurability standards for driving a company vehicle
- Strong problem-solving skills with a quick learning ability
- Preferred degree or certification in a related field or equivalent experience
- Willingness to acquire trade-specific tools, including hand and impact tools
- Applied knowledge of basic mechanical principles
- Must possess valid work authorization and be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
- MSHA experience preferred
