Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district setting. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide essential speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing these issues, and developing tailored treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Attend meetings and provide regular reports on student progress.
- A valid Minnesota State SLP License is required, along with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
