Job Summary

The ABM Industries Cleaner position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities. This role involves cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, including floors, carpets, and restrooms. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

• Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems

• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Have valid driver's license along with reliable transportation to get to and from work

• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen including marijuana
