Job Title: Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Innovation and Exploration STEM Early Learning Center. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and helping them develop a strong foundation in STEM education.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
  • Teach beginning reading and math skills, as well as social and emotional skills, to help students develop a strong foundation in these areas.
  • Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques to engage students and promote active learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other school personnel to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess students' skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and state teaching certification.
  • Associate Degree in Education or related field.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to these guidelines.
  • Problem-solving and mediation skills.
