Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of project life cycle, managing project development from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage contracts, supervise project estimations and budgets, allocate resources, and coordinate with various teams to guide construction activities.
  • Conduct risk evaluations and implement management strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with frameworks and maintain all necessary documentation for each project.
  • Implement and manage project modifications and interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Deliver project progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to diverse audiences, including project teams, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Lead the project team and manage stakeholder relationships, addressing any conflicts or issues that may impede project execution.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide constructive feedback to the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures, fostering a culture of safety across all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a project management capacity within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract oversight, construction management, budget oversight, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimation, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven track record of guiding teams to achieve project goals.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in interpreting and understanding construction blueprints.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
