Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients, under the orders of a physician, using a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, and body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical therapy needs
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, using a variety of techniques and modalities, such as exercise, manual therapy, and education
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive care plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure in the state of practice
