Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Border Foods. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee restaurant operations, including menu preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to promote a positive brand image and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.
