**NICU RN Role Overview**

As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (NICU RN) at AMN Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill or premature infants in a hospital setting.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments for infants in the NICU
* Administer medications and perform complex procedures as needed
* Coordinate all aspects of patient care with the healthcare team
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
* Active state RN license
* ACLS, CCRN, and STABLE certifications (may be required)
