Under the supervision of the Dean of Academic Services, the Curriculum Manager is responsible for overseeing curriculum and academic service functions. This role is committed to the principles of a learning-centered institution by creating programs and leading initiatives that foster student achievement and lifelong learning. The Curriculum Manager is expected to engage in hybrid work arrangements when applicable, while also being present on campus for essential activities such as meetings, professional development, and departmental gatherings.
The manager is tasked with maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the college's curriculum initiatives and reports. This position supports the curriculum development process by collaborating with faculty, department heads, and deans to ensure thorough attention and oversight in completing necessary forms and securing appropriate documentation for course and program approvals and revisions.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience or extensive familiarity with curriculum processes and platforms is required, ideally within a higher education context.

Required Qualifications:

To excel in this role, the Curriculum Manager must effectively fulfill each essential duty. The qualifications listed below reflect the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for success. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

The Curriculum Manager should possess experience and proficiency in computer applications and be adept at utilizing various department-specific software. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities, are essential. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a diverse range of faculty, staff, and administration across the institution. Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. The ability to coordinate and supervise both staff and student employees is also crucial.
