Job Opportunity: Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital in Kapaa, Hawaii.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong background in nutrition and healthcare. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and making a significant impact in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and healthcare
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Hawaii license/certification as a Registered Dietitian
  • At least two years of recent experience as a Registered Dietitian in a Hospital setting
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical and TB Records
  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Ability to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
