About the Role:
Fulton Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Supervisor in our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver exceptional care.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care, safety, and overall resident experience.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or issues.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
