  • The full-time role involves twelve 12-hour shifts each month, totaling 1728 hours annually. Shifts include both day and night rotations throughout the month.
  • Sunrise Children's Hospital features a cutting-edge pediatric ER within its tertiary-care facility.
  • Patient volume fluctuates daily, with the ER accommodating approximately 55K visits each year.
  • Comprehensive subspecialty coverage, including Neurosurgery, is accessible alongside standard care.
  • The Pediatric surgeons demonstrate responsiveness and a progressive approach.
  • Child life and pediatric social work services are well-integrated within the ER environment.
  • Full scribe support is available.
  • Responsibilities include rapid medical evaluations in triage settings, catering to low and moderate acuity patients in the pediatric fast track area and main pediatric emergency department.
