Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including Rapid Pack and package labeling equipment
  • Perform autonomous maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Lead the packaging side of the production line and promote a team-oriented environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve uptime on plant equipment through machine modification, layout adjustments, and general machine maintenance
  • Participate in and promote the Reliability Excellence operating model
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience running a production/packaging line
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check
