Position Summary
The Maintenance Engineer II plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep of the hotel’s facilities, adhering to brand standards through proactive maintenance and necessary repairs. This position is vital in maintaining both guest-facing and operational areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
The Maintenance Engineer II is responsible for:
  • Conducting preventative maintenance and repairs on various hotel systems.
  • Managing tasks related to painting, flooring, pool maintenance, and HVAC systems.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • Documenting maintenance issues and prioritizing repairs accordingly.
  • Ensuring a safe environment by reporting hazards and taking corrective actions.

Physical Requirements
