Donation Attendant

At Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience and promoting sales for our organization.

• Accept and process donations from customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring donors feel valued and appreciated.
• Assist with loading and unloading donations from vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards.
• Participate in cross-training to support other store positions as needed.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
