Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Miami-Dade County, FL.
About the Role- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized behavior intervention plans to address challenging behaviors.
- Implement and oversee individualized treatment programs for clients with autism and related developmental disabilities.
- Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
- Collaborate effectively with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation related to client progress and therapy outcomes.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Florida.
- Experience in clinical settings, particularly with pediatric populations, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
The estimated salary for this position is $50-60 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
