Fire Suppression Technician

Impact Fire Services is seeking an experienced Fire & Kitchen Suppression Licensed Technician to join our team in Willimantic, CT.

This position is responsible for providing inspection, testing, and servicing of fire suppression systems, including kitchen hoods, in a professional and timely manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for selling related services to existing and prospective clients.

• Inspect and test fire suppression systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Service and maintain fire suppression systems, including kitchen hoods
• Sell related services to existing and prospective clients
• Work with clients to identify and address fire safety concerns

• Experience in fire suppression and kitchen fire protection
• Ability to learn and comprehend general electrical safety procedures
• Electrical background or basic level of comfort and knowledge of electrical work
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Satisfactory results in a company-mandated criminal background check and drug test
