Position Overview

The New Washington State Bank is seeking dedicated Client Support Center Associates to join our customer service team. This role is essential in addressing the financial inquiries of our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, online chat, and postal services. Additionally, this position will handle updates to customer and account records.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate a range of financial transactions such as account transfers, stop payment orders, check requests, and statement inquiries.
  • Assess the financial requirements of our clients and efficiently resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to all legitimate customer inquiries.
  • Update and maintain customer and account information as necessary.
  • Conduct research tasks as required.
  • Carry out daily duties to ensure the smooth operation of the service center.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, representing the bank positively to clients, prospects, and the community.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and vendors through various mediums.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team setting, fostering positive interactions with peers and management.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all aspects of the organization.
  • Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in decision-making, balancing customer satisfaction with risk management.
