Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Surgical OR Tech Certified professional to join our team at North Cypress Surgery Center. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons during operations, preparing the operative suite for surgery, maintaining surgical asepsis, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available. They will also be required to assist in the turnover of operating room suites between cases and prepare procedure rooms for use the following day.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operative suite for surgery by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Maintain surgical asepsis throughout the operation to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
  • Assist surgeons during operations by providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Assist in the turnover of operating room suites between cases by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are cleaned and prepared for the next case.
  • Prepare procedure rooms for use the following day by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and ready for use.


Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Surgical Tech Certification.
  • At least one year of experience working in an operating room setting.
