Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech therapy services within the educational setting of Oregon public schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students experiencing communication challenges.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school personnel to design and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Perform assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving student objectives.
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and families to promote student achievement.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possession of a valid Oregon SLP license or eligibility to secure one.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred; however, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a school environment is advantageous.
