Job Summary:The Medical Assistant Certified will be responsible for ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner. This includes seeing patients, tracking and documenting clinical measures, and coordinating patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and work collaboratively with our care team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure patient flow and provide quality patient care in a safe and timely manner
- See patients, track and document clinical measures, and coordinate patient referrals
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless patient care
- Assist providers with GYN exams, I & D's, and other minor procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Washington State Medical Assistant Certificate
- Minimum one year experience as an MA Assistant preferred in Family Medicine
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required
