Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Interaction: Engage in one-on-one patient care, ensuring safe and comfortable dialysis treatments for up to four patients simultaneously.
- Technical Duties: Monitor patients throughout their treatment, including recording vital statistics and preparing dialysis machines. Please be aware that this role involves exposure to blood and needles.

Team Collaboration:
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including technicians, nurses, and dietitians, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Work Schedule:
Shifts may start as early as 3:30 AM and will vary based on patient needs. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview.
Position Details:
- Training may occur in various facilities or training clinics with other new teammates.
- Typical working hours during training range from 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility is required for final clinic placement and potential floating to different locations.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Qualifications:
- A genuine desire to enter the healthcare field and care for those in need.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with blood and needles, as well as mixing solutions.
- Ability to work long hours on your feet, ensuring patient safety is our priority.
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics as necessary.
- Previous healthcare experience is advantageous, including certifications such as BONENT, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy.
