Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neurology team in Somersworth, New Hampshire.

This is a full-time, 36-hour position that will support our expert providers treating adult patients, as well as children. The successful candidate will be responsible for primarily phone triage, providing advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinating proper disposition.

• Handle patient interactions via telephone, providing advice and guidance on various topics, including patient concerns, education, appointments, pre and post procedures, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Float between our Dover, NH and Portsmouth, NH locations as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NH required.
• BLS required prior to hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting.
