We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength & Conditioning Director to join our team at ETS Performance. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our sports performance team and developing training programs that cater to the needs of youth, high school, college, and professional athletes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive training plans tailored to individual athlete needs
2. Leading training sessions and providing expert coaching and guidance
3. Maintaining a safe, clean, and intense training atmosphere
4. Collaborating with our marketing team to promote our services and attract new clients
5. Fostering positive relationships with parents, coaches, and other stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness strength training
• A strong passion for sports performance and athlete development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth

We offer a highly competitive salary of $100,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide a range of benefits, including:
