Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

FCS, Inc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and Validate Nursing Plans: Ensure that nursing plans are relative, accurate, and compliant with authorized policies and procedures.
• Medical Record Review: Verify that nursing practice is within state guidelines and that all nursing recordings are in a legible SOAP format, including date, time, signature, and discipline.
• Consultation and Referral: Ensure that all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nursing plans.
• Progressive Patient Care: Monitor the nursing service and ensure the provision of progressive patient care plans, employing a total team approach, including patient teaching and self-care.
• Staff Development: Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure that the technical and clinical skills of Registered Nurses (RNs) are current and that they function within the scope of their licensure.
