ABA Consultant

Access Services is seeking to contract with experienced Behavior Consultants in ABA Services (Licensed Behavior Specialists/BC-ABA Consultants) to provide specialized support to children and families in the Pottstown, PA region.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology or a related field and possess Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure. They should also have 1+ years of post-Master's experience providing ABA services under supervision and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include engaging clients, assessing medical needs, developing Individualized Treatment Plans, consulting with families and caregivers, and monitoring progress. The successful candidate will also supervise Behavioral Health Technicians as needed and develop robust discharge plans to maintain behavioral changes.

In this role, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $50/hour and flexible scheduling that allows you to develop your own schedule according to client needs.
