Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our Outpatient Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
- Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources effectively and efficiently.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations.
- Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities to ensure best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic skills in math and computer science.
- Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
- Effective problem-solving skills for physical therapy evaluation, interpretation, treatment planning, and execution.
