What We Offer
As our Hair Salon Director, you can expect a competitive salary of $16 per hour or 40-45% service commission, providing a clear path to financial stability and success. Your Role
As a Hair Salon Director at Cost Cutters, you will be responsible for managing all salon operations, leading by example, and providing guidance to your team. You will focus on driving business growth, increasing clientele, and ensuring the highest quality services for each guest. Your expertise in hair care services will enable you to set the standard for excellence in our salon.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, be customer-centric, and able to resolve challenges with professionalism. A current cosmetology or barber license is required, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Basic math skills and proficiency in administrative tasks are also essential.

Physical Requirements
