Job Title: PreOp PACU Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PreOp PACU Manager to join our team at Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our PreOp and PACU departments, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors.
  • Oversee Pre-op/PACU/PAT functions, ensuring compliance with USPI's mission, vision, and facility goals.
  • Assist as Pre-op/PACU/PAT RN as necessary, providing guidance and support to nursing staff.
  • Recruit, retain, and supervise nursing personnel, ensuring adequate staffing and maintaining high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the medical staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing - BSN preferred.
  • Current license as a VA Registered Nurse.
  • BLS required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days.
  • 2 years' ambulatory experience preferred, with prior leadership/management experience.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
