Job Summary:

The NXL Product Manager will collaborate closely with Program Managers and Operations to ensure efficient industrial planning and support for NXL programs, aligning with delivery schedules and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industrial Planning: Develop production delivery plans to meet customer demand, create and execute production introduction and ramp plans, manage work transfer and product change introductions, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and develop production recovery plans.
  • Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the production process.
  • Operational Improvement: Lead projects aimed at enhancing delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support, prepare, and present regular Industrial reviews to MRAS, Partners, and Customers. Coordinate with external joint venture partners and participate in STE Production System (STEPS), Configuration Control Board (CCB), and Program Control Board (PCB).
  • Travel: Provide on-site support internationally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with aviation experience.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Background in managing operations processes, optimizing workflows, and improving efficiency.
