Land Surveyor

The estimated starting base salary for this role is $27-$39 per hour, with opportunities for performance-driven bonuses and profit-sharing benefits. We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our survey department, you will assist in creating property boundaries for roads, pipelines, facility sites, subdivisions, and other right-of-way and easement projects. Your responsibilities will include participating in the processing of 3-dimensional field data, preparing survey documents and computations, researching project information, reviewing and evaluating survey field notes, and preparing survey drawings and descriptions using AutoCAD and other related software packages.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of high school or technical school training with courses in surveying technology, or equivalent experience. A Licensed Surveyor-In-Training (LSIT) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification is preferred but not required. Typically, 6-10 years of survey experience is necessary.
