Maintenance Laborer Job Description

Clow Valve has an opening for a Maintenance Laborer at our Metal Casting Facility.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Laborer to join our team. As a Maintenance Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including cleaning around machines, sweeping sand, and cleaning up other assigned work areas.

Responsibilities
  • Accumulate excess sand in hard-to-reach areas.
  • Assist the maintenance department in other facets of the Metal Casting Facility.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
  • Candidates are required to wear proper PPE, including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, respirators, uniform, and hearing protection.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, twist for greater than 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to operate forklifts, overhead lifting devices, and other moving machinery.
  • Must be willing to work in hot conditions.

Clow Valve offers a competitive salary range of $22.33-$23.00, free health insurance after 90 days, and a safe and clean work environment.
