Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment, including vehicle hoists, air compressors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Repair and replace equipment as needed, including tower light fixtures, electrical equipment, and motor control systems.
  • Install conduit and related hardware, and perform arc and acetylene welding.
  • Work in a self-directed, team-based environment to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Basic woodworking skills and experience with plumbing and pipe fitting.
  • Proficiency in operating boom lifts and forklift equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and follow manuals, sketches, and diagrams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HVAC experience.
  • Machine preventative maintenance experience.
  • Experience with motor control systems and electrical equipment.
