We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Loomis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring quality customer service and accountability of items keyed into our computer system. Your duties will include handling customer calls, communicating with all routes, ATM combos, and support to routes, keying information in daily to the RPMS report, and maintaining and updating SOFI information.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be working closely with our dispatch team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service.
