Job Summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IV Technician I to join our team in the preparation of sterile products. As a key member of our compounding room team, you will be responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures, preparing compounded sterile products using aseptic technique, and assisting in the setup of the compounding room, equipment, and supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique.
  • Assists in the setup of the compounding room, equipment, and supplies for preparation of compounded sterile solutions, using aseptic technique.
  • Performs general cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
  • Participates in cleanroom product introduction activities.
  • Prepares records and monitors results for pharmaceutical quality assurance testing.
  • May assist in training/mentoring of new IV Technicians as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
  • 0-02 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification required.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
  • cGMP training/experience desired, training will be provided.
  • Aseptic processing training/experience desired, training will be provided.
