Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our grounds, equipment, and facilities. This is a Monday-to-Friday, 8:00-5:00 position with occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to lift moderate to heavy loads, and work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair equipment, tools, and structures
  • Care for established lawns, including mulching, trimming, mowing, and edging
  • Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, and chain saws
  • Prune or trim trees, shrubs, and hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws
  • Gather and remove litter
  • Feed and water cattle and other livestock, including deer and elk
  • Check and maintain fences and water gaps
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Able to read, speak, and write in English
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
  • Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty, striving for excellence in all activities

Working Conditions
