Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Club at Quail Ridge. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential units, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cleaning Services: Perform daily scheduled cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning windows, ovens, and stovetops.
  • Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough deep cleaning of units as required, including laundry and ironing.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Report all maintenance issues to management immediately and communicate with management to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring our guests are handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Adherence to Standards: Adhere to Quail Ridge dress and grooming standards, as well as proper use of all company equipment and vehicles.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in private housekeeping environment preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read and speak English, ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: None required.
