Job Summary

">

We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Scheduler to join our team. As a scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling exams for patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

">
  • Schedule patient exams when receiving scripts and electronic orders.">
  • Answer incoming and place outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner, identifying yourself and company.">
  • Maintain self-control when dealing with difficult patients and situations.">
  • Show care and compassion for all callers.">
  • Maintain good rapport with referring physicians, secretaries, and clinical site staff.">
  • Enter accurate information in RIS for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and comment entry.">

Requirements

">
  • Knowledge of medical insurance plans.">
  • Ability to pre-register and schedule patients rapidly and accurately.">
  • General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software.">
  • Provide clear written and verbal communication in both languages.">
