Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital in Houston, TX. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to neonates in our 14-bed Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct rounds and provide updates to families on their baby's condition.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and healthcare teams.
