Infant Nursery Supervisor at The Learning Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and support less experienced educators in your classroom; exemplify best practices and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee the overall management of the classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
- Act as a role model, utilizing a growth mindset to nurture young minds and encourage a love for learning.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, engaging with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a manner that aligns with each child's unique developmental needs.
- Establish a secure and nurturing environment where children can thrive through play and learning.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and achievements through various channels.
- Contribute to the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and engagement.
- Foster relationships with families and colleagues, creating a vibrant environment where play and learning coexist seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Must possess INS credentials.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience required.
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- Proven understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must comply with state-specific guidelines for the role.

- Possess a genuine passion for the education and care of young children?
- Have at least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Hold an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or a High school diploma/GED (required)?
