About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled merchandiser to join our team as a Large Store Merchandiser - Relief Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing in-store displays, replenishing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relieve existing routes and ensure timely execution of merchandising tasks
  • Train new employees on effective merchandising techniques and standards
  • Sell and execute at store level to drive business growth
  • Maintain product integrity and organization within customer outlets
  • Provide regular feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and exposure to weather
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively in fast-paced environment
