About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service at the register, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
  • 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a cashier, salesperson, or retail associate.
  • Ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs, including credit cards, installations, add-on sales, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits.
  • Customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.
