Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
  • Conduct intakes and document patient health concerns and medical histories
  • Review patient medical records and charts to ensure accurate care
  • Administer medications and maintain medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for patients
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Adhere to care plans and follow medical staff protocols
Requirements
  • Current Virginia state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
