Right of Way and Construction Planning Specialist

The State of South Carolina is seeking an experienced Right of Way and Construction Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our transportation planning team, you will be responsible for supervising the assembly of complete sets of right-of-way and construction plans that meet all requirements set forth by the state, FHWA, and AASHTO standards.
Salary: The salary range for this position is $76,040 - $91,248 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Supervise the assembly of complete sets of right-of-way and construction plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or construction science and management.
- Four years of experience in right of way and construction planning or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
