  • Perform quality assurance inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Coordinate testing and inspection activities on-site.
  • Track and manage project costs, including labor and materials.
  • Commit to creating an Injury-Free Environment through proactive leadership and mentorship.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Compile and submit daily reports on site activities.
  • Participate in project meetings, including those with subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Understanding of project drawings, specifications, and contractual terms.
  • Strong mathematical and accounting abilities.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Pump Station or Heavy Civil Construction.
  • Reliability and dependability in all aspects of work.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Effective team player.
  • Experience in estimating is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with grading, drainage, paving, bridge construction, and other relevant construction scopes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Vocational or junior college education is preferred.
  • OSHA certification is required.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is required.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with E-Builder, eCMS, RMS, Procore, Prolog, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Revit is a plus.
