Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita in Bronx, NY. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis setting
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg a plus, but not required
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) a plus
- Competitive hourly rate: $42.00 - $58.00
