About the Role

As a Front Desk Representative at MSCCN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional patient care services and maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere in the workplace.

Key Job Duties:

  • Process patient registrations, verify insurance information, and collect copays.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless patient flow.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a medical or healthcare-related field or equivalent customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including electronic medical records.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of around $48,000. We offer a competitive benefits package, including Health & Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a 401(k) Plan with company contribution.
