Job Description

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students in PK to 5th grade with mild to severe speech and language delays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language delays
  • Deliver therapy to students in PK to 5th grade
  • Support students with a wide range of disabilities, including speech-only, SLD, ID, and AU
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings for speech-only students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff across multiple elementary campuses

Requirements:

  • Licensed SLP in Texas or eligible for licensure
  • Experience working with students with speech and language delays
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
