Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Able to safely lift 50 pounds independently, stand and walk for long periods, and perform frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, moving of equipment, climbing, bending, and stooping.
  • Visual Acuity: Requires visual acuity and the ability to interpret requests from residents and staff.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Able to follow instructions, accept constructive criticism, and work harmoniously with others.
  • Housekeeping Skills: Familiarity with common house cleaning devices, such as brooms, mops, floor waxers, and polishers.
  • Elderly Population: Has familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population.
